If you are not 100% satisfied with the watch which you purchased, we are happy to offer you a FREE return. Contact us through e-mail which you can find in contact us tab or at the bottom of the page, as a subject use the word ,,Return’’ and request must include:
- Your name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
All refund requests must be made within 14 days from purchase date and the product must remain in its original condition and packaging as otherwise we won’t be able to complete the return. After receiving your request we will send you a Royal Mail return label and as soon as we got the watch back we will inspect it and if everything is as it should be compete the return with sending you the whole amount back.
